Processus d'intégration des changements corporels à l'adolescence : les répercussions psychiques des transformations corporelles et l'élaboration de l'image du corps dans le processus de l'adolescence

We have tried to establish the body image among teenagers. Literature review concerns some works, in particular those psychoanalytic, on the body, the body image and the adolescence. Methodology and data analysis section shows the procedure used to collect the informations and to analyse the data gathered using the non-directing interview method, the Rorschach and draw test of individual on French youth population (74 samples from 11 to 187 years old and 13 samples from 19 to 21 years old). The results show the importance of a progressive elaboration of the body image : from the chaotic body image towards the integrated body image in concomitance with the narcissist restructuring and the acquisition of news identifications. The third part is a study on the adolescence in Gabon. This is a preliminary study in Gabon using non-directing interview method concerning a group of Gabon's teenagers (20 samples from 11 to 18 years old). It emphasizes : the modalties of adaptation at the body, with the influence of the family circle and the culture ; the acquisition of sexual identity actual distresse of Gabon's teenagers to comparison of their French fellows.Nous avons recherché comment s'élabore l'image du corps chez les adolescents. La partie théorique passe en revue les travaux, en particulier les travaux psychanalytiques, sur le corps, l'image du corps et l'adolescence. La partie méthodologique et l'analyse des données rapporte la démarche utilisée pour recueillir les informations et pour analyser les données, recueillies à l'aide de l'entretien non directif, du Rorschach et du test du dessin des personnes, auprès d'une population d'adolescents français (74 sujets âgés de 11 à 18 ans et 13 sujets âgés de 19 à 21 ans). Les résultats signalent l'importance d'une élaboration progressive de l'image du corps : de l'image du corps chaotique vers l'image du corps intégrée, en concomitance avec les réaménagements narcissiques et l'acquisition de nouvelles identifications. La troisième partie est un questionnement sur l'adolescence au Gabon. C'est une pré-étude réalisée au Gabon à l'aide de l'entretien non directif, auprès d'un groupe d'adolescents gabonais (20 sujets âgés de 11 à 18 ans). Elle met l'accent sur : les modalités d'adaptation au niveau du corps, avec l'influence du milieu familial et de la culture ; l'acquisition de l'identité sexuelle ; les angoisses actuelles des adolescents gabonais, en comparaison avec leurs compagnons français
