A strategy for synchronization of complex dynamical networks with coupling time-delay is proposed based on linear state feedback controllers in this Letter. It is shown that by using the designed controllers, the states of a complex dynamical network with coupling time-delay can globally exponentially synchronize with a desired orbit, and the linear state feedback controller can be easily constructed by a linear matrix inequality which is dependent on the coupling matrix and dynamical characteristics of the isolated node. And moreover, for nearest-neighbor coupling network, the effect of the proposed control scheme is demonstrated via simulations
