The employers' training and teaching policies are usually approached by sociologists in terms of the theory of " social reproduction " or in an individual social mobility perspective. Here, the author observed some partly state supported schemes intended for young out of school people. From an Analysis of the content of the schemes and of employers interviews, she throws light upon the non explicit aims of the policies and organizes them into few clusters.
