This paper describes and analyses training devices based on a knowledge co-building approach between practitioners (teachers) and researchers. These training devices must be considered in a context of mutual professional development of practitioners, teachers and researchers, each partner being involved in a common project : building knowledge (Donnay & Charlier, 2001, 2006).
