This article focuses on the links between taught and academic knowledge in daily teaching practices. An analysis of a lesson about the concept of document calls into question the relevance of a theoretical framework that combines the didactic transposition, the theory of joint action in didactics and an epistemological approach of Information and Communication Sciences. From a methodological point of view, we filmed a lesson about the document in grade 11 in agricultural education included in an in-service training program based on a collaborative analysis of teachers’practices.
