Since their creation the I. U. F. Ms have been trying to found their legitimacy on their will to train competent teaching professionnals. The notion of values is not absent from the training but a question arises as to the way it is dealt with : who are the people in charge of the training, what are the contents, what is the background, what are the procedures ? In this article, our assumption is that an institutional dynamism is yet to be found. In the present organization, controlling acquired knowledge tends to be considered as more important than training, the approach to values is too often reduced to taught contents.Depuis leur création les I.
