Les parties agricoles des villae dans le Nord de la Gaule (Ier au IIIe siècle après J.-C).

The Agricultural Facilities of Villae in Northern Gaul (Ist to IIIrd Centuries A.D.). Thanks to the development of aerial archaeology, and to the extension of the field of research to Gallo-Roman agriculture, it becomes possible to get a more global view of the farming activity. The study of the modes of construction and of the internal lay-out of the buildings allows thus sometimes to identify their destination, in the same way as the study of annex structures, of the spacial organization and of the immediate environment of these farms lead to a better understanding of how they work and their economy. The collection and the analysis of the data supplied by the excavations may also make it possible to identify geographical and/ or chronological particularities.Grâce au développement de l'archéologie aérienne, et à l'extension des domaines de recherches liés à l'agriculture gallo-romaine, il devient possible d'appréhender les exploitations agricoles dans leur ensemble. L'étude des modes de construction et des aménagements internes des bâtiments permet ainsi parfois d'identifier leur destination, de même que celle des structures annexes, de l'organisation spatiale et de l'environnement immédiat de ces exploitations mène à une meilleure compréhension de leur fonctionnement et de leur économie. Le regroupement et l'analyse des données issues des fouilles va peut-être également rendre possible l'identification de particularités géographiques et/ou chronologiques.Het agrarisch gedeelte van de villae in Noord-Gallië (iste tot Hide eeuw na Chr.). De ontwikkeling van de luchtarcheologie en de uitbreiding van het onderzoeksdomein inzake de galloromeinse landbouw maken een totaalbeeld van die landbouwbedrijven mogelijk. Uit de studie van de bouwwijze en de inrichting van de gebouwen kan men soms het gebruik ervan afleiden evenals van de bijgebouwen en de onmiddellijke omgeving. Ons beeld van hun functionaliteit en de economie verbetert. Het groeperen en de analyse van opgravingsresultaten zal misschien leiden tot het erkennen van geografische en chronologische bijzonderheden.Pannetier Valérie.
