The article is made up of two contributions. The first contribution is a diagnosis of teachers' psychopathologies starting from the weakening factors : loss of prestige, pupils' evolution, career span... These teachers' feeling of ill-being finds expression in various symptoms : exhaustion, expressed or not, anxiety which may drift before long towards behavioural problems verging on pathology ; hence the idea of preventing the appearance of these problems. The second contribution tells us about a prevention experiment : from a group experiment carried out with teachers and using the psychodramatic performance, common preccupations such as handing in papers or relationships with colleagues, find a verbal outlet.
