The results of research in education and training, have always been badly spread to those whom they are normally aimed at, even when they are relatively "strona". The idea that we lack an engineering of training seems to prevail, however, the notions of "improved status" and "transfer" seem rather inadequate to define it, due to on the one hand, the obvious social stakes of these problems, on the other hand the difficulty to define precisely the scope of intervention of researchers, practitioners and policy-makers. The impediments to the circulation of these results seem to be numerous and are rooted both in the history of research and in the history of the institutions which create them and house them.
