Eddy Roy, Potteries in Saint-Omer, XIIIth-XVIIIth Centuries. Recent excavations in Saint-Omer permit the establishment of a typology of the potteries of the Lower Middle- Ages and of the Modern Period in Artois. The research relied on such criteria as the nature and colour of the paste and glazing, as the morphology (rims, pause and base) and as the decoration of the vases.
