Funerary customs in the Aude Department during the Early and the beginning of the Late Iron Age. This synthetic approach to funerary customs during the Iron Age in the Aude Department is a new step in the global knowledge of archaeogical research in this region. A brief recall of facts about the end of the Bronze Age serves as introduction to the later centuries. The author propose a chronological study of tomb forms up to the early fifth century B.C., Aude graves being little kown after early fourth century. The structures and the funerary rites are developed individually and described in their particular or repetitive characters.
