Between 2300 and 1900 BC, in northern central France, three ceramic components can be identified : Bell Beakers and derived groups, pots with «arciform » cordons or with thick cord impressions, and lastly elements which do not correspond to either of the two previous components, some of which are ubiquitous. However, the latter are associated with finds from the Neolithic-Bronze Age transition.
