[[abstract]]This paper presents a dual-band bandpass filter composed of λ/2 and λ/4 stepped impedance resonators for WLAN applications. The operating frequencies cover both the 2.45 GHz and 5.5 GHz (5.2-5.8 GHz). The doubly parallelcoupling mechanism is used in the filter design to widen the bandwidth and zeros are created to improve the signal selectivity. Experiment is conducted to verify the circuit performance
