Un nuovo testimone delle Regulae magistri Willelmi de mediis syllabis

This article presents a new manuscript of the Regulae Magistri Willelmi de mediis syllabis {Montpellier, B.I.S.M., H 38 — sigl. M), its codicological makeup, and its contents. A collation of M reveals its position in the textual tradition of the treatise, and by comparing its variant readings with those of the other two known manuscripts {Paris, BNF, latin 14744 — sigl. Ρ and Cambridge, Corpus Christi College, ms. 460 — sigl. C) we can point out : 1 . the closeness of M and P, not only as regards the content ; 2. a bipartition as regards the text tradition of the Regulae (M agree with Ρ against C) ; 3. the confirmation, according to the readings of M, of the greater part of the corrections made on the text of Ρ by Desmense in his edition, based on this last manuscript.L'article signale un nouveau manuscrit contenant les Regulae Magistri Willelmi de mediis syllabis {Montpellier, B. I. S. M., H 38 - sigle M) et en donne la description. La collation de M permet de le situer dans la tradition manuscrite de l'œuvre. Par rapport aux deux témoins précédemment connus {Paris, B. N. lat. \A1AA [P] et Cambridge, Corpus Christi College 460 [C]), il en ressort : 1. une proximité de M et de P, qui ne se limite pas au contenu ; 2. une bipartition dans la tradition, M et P situés d'un côté, C de l'autre ; 3. la confirmation, sur la base des leçons de M, de la majorité des corrections faites au texte P par Desmense dans son édition, fondée précisément sur ce dernier manuscrit.Cervani Roberta.
