This paper will examine the history of one manuscript of the Hippocratic Corpus which was written during the last third of the 15th century. On the one hand, it describes the formation of the codex : the scribes did not only use one but several models, a fact that is of course of great importance for the history of the recent tradition of the works within the Collection ; on the other hand, it deals with the further history of the book in Germany during the end of the 1 5 and the 1 6 century : the way how the owners of the book, physicians and humanists in Augsburg, used it ; how Janus Cornarius, one of the greatest editors of Hippocrates, read it.Cette étude retrace l'histoire d'un manuscrit de la Collection hippocratique copié dans le der...
