Abstract. - A global management of the coastal zone can be obtained only through a large concertation between all the groups using the shoreline. This concertation is fair only if all delegates are equally able to understand all the data. The best way is to provide each member of the working group with a regional atlas. The initial content is only informative, with raw data, but with the progress of discussions, additional plates will be added, with the successive states of the propositions.
