Abstract. - The brasilian fisheries have improved since the creation of the SUDEPE. They are marked by a strong opposition between handicrafts and semi- industrial and industrial fisheries sectores which share the production. The handicrafts fisheries workers are in danger of losing their halieutic space and their habitat. The ground speculation is spreading over the littoral. The fisheries development programs have provided little assistance to handicrafts fisheries activities which employ many families.Résumé. - La pêche brésilienne a progressé depuis la création de la SUDEPE. Elle reste marquée par une forte opposition entre un secteur artisanal et un secteur semi-industriel qui se partagent la production. Les pêcheurs artisanaux sont menacés dans leur espace halieutique et leur habitat. La spéculation foncière se répand sur les littoraux.
