The Critical Legal Studies Approach to Public International Law. This article, already published in the Revue québécoise de droit international, is an introduction to the Critical Legal Studies approach to public international law, an approach which can be roughly called neostructuralist. To offer this introduction, a very general presentation of the main theses of this movement is oftered. Following this general presentation, the article attempts an application of the methodology the CLS international legal scholarship suggests in the specific context of European Community law.
