Abstract. — Since the beginning of economic crisis, the international transports are increasing with a great intensity as well with the Third World as between the industrial countries. The competition between rail, road and waterway practises particularly through tHe Rhine's axis. For intercities relations, rail and plane are very competitive on 500-600 km in Central Europe for businesstrips. The road is in competition with the rail on very large intereuropean distances, thanks to highways and road transalpine tunnels. The sailing networks is very growing, but also the railway is overloaded by the heaviest and loose goods.
