La commune administrative dans le réseau de l'habitat rural en Pologne

Summary. — Some steps in the changes in the administrative statute in rural areas (local network) in Poland — as a socialist country — allowing a comparative analysis of the role of the commune as an essential element in the economic life of that worid. The author widens this analysis towards the confrontation with the idea of the local centre, the most stable element in the housing network, in contact with the rural and urban worlds. The problem is presented against the background of the pluralist model of the Polish countryside. In this case, evolution is directed towards a moderate concentration of the rural habitat and a fairly high density of population. It is an account of a verificative study of models of the rural habitat carried out within the framework of economic geography applied to regional planning.Résumé. — Quelques étapes des changements du statut administratif du monde rural (réseau local) en Pologne — en tant que pays socialiste — permettent une analyse comparative du rôle de la commune, comme élément essentiel de la vie économique de ce monde. L'auteur élargit cette analyse vers la confrontation avec la notion de centre local, cet élément plus stable du réseau d'habitat à ce niveau, au contact du monde rural et urbain. Le problème est présenté sur le fond du modèle pluraliste de la compagne polonaise. Dans ce cas l'évolution est orientée vers une concentration modérée de l'habitat rural et une densité de population assez considérable. C'est un compte rendu de l'étude vérificative des modèles d'habitat rural effectuée dans le cadre de la géographie économique appliquée à la planification régionale.Berezowski Stanislas.
