Dunes moghrébiennes et aridité sur la côte atlantique du Maroc(Late-pliocene dunes and aridity on atlantic coast of Morocco)

At 13 localities of the Hahaland (Morocco), paleo-wind directions have been deduced from the bedding attitudes of outcropping cemented maghrebian dune sands. They show that the prevailing wind that formed this dunes blew roughly from the North, and was stronger than the present one.
