Theology claims that Christ'message and that of his church are a unifying force, but with the plurality of religions on the hand, and the plurality of cultural movements on the other, we must question this claim. Faithful to the missionary vocation of the gospel, theology has no intention of abdicating in front of this plurality in favour of a relativism, according to wich theology should satisfy itself with upholding the notion of a regional salvation.
