Los Ástures del conventus lucensis y el culto al dios Lug en el noroeste de Hispania

The Astures del conventus Lucensis and the cult of the god Lug in the North West of Hispania. In this paper we analyse several votive altar stones that were dedicated to the god Lug in Lucus Augusti and which initially seem to stand beyond the god’s cultual territory, the Celtiberian region of Hispania. Having considered the toponymic, ethnonymic and anthroponymic evidence available, we conclude that the god was highly venerated in the territory of the Astures, from where his cult spread to the region of Lucus Augusti.Les Ástures du conventus Lucensis et le culte du dieu Lug dans le nord-ouest de l'Espagne. Dans cet article, nous analysons plusieurs autels votifs en pierre dédiés au dieu Lug dans le Lucus Augusti, qui semble correspondre au territoire cultuel du dieu. D’après les données toponymiques, ethnonymiques et anthroponymiques, nous pouvons en conclure que le dieu était grandement vénéré dans le territoire des Ástures, d’où son culte a pu s’étendre au Lucus Augusti.En el presente artículo analizamos la existencia de varias aras votivas dedicadas al dios Lug en Lucus Augusti que, a priori, parecen aisladas del territorio cultual del dios, situado en la región celtibérica de Hispania. Teniendo en cuenta la información toponímica, etnonímica y antroponímica, concluimos que el dios era venerado intensamente en territorio de los Astures, desde donde su culto se pudo extenderse hasta la región lucense.Olivares Pedreno Juan Carlos.
