The Astures del conventus Lucensis and the cult of the god Lug in the North West of Hispania. In this paper we analyse several votive altar stones that were dedicated to the god Lug in Lucus Augusti and which initially seem to stand beyond the god’s cultual territory, the Celtiberian region of Hispania. Having considered the toponymic, ethnonymic and anthroponymic evidence available, we conclude that the god was highly venerated in the territory of the Astures, from where his cult spread to the region of Lucus Augusti.Les Ástures du conventus Lucensis et le culte du dieu Lug dans le nord-ouest de l'Espagne.
