Les alizés

Abstract. We ought to distinguish between trade wind I, directed along the meridians, rather cold, and trade wind II, which blows from other directions, rather warm ; the maritime trade wind, bred by dynamics and warmth, and the continental one, exclusively generated by warmth ; the maritime trade wind modified by continents, and the continental sort modified by ocean. Thus trade winds are not means of uniformization for tropical climates.Résumé. On doit distinguer l'alizé I, de direction méridienne, plutôt froid, et l'alizé II, d'autres directions, plutôt chaud ; l'alizé maritime, d'origine à la fois dynamique et thermique, et l'alizé continental, d'origine seulement thermique ; l'alizé maritime continentalisé et l'alizé continental humidifié.
