The crisis takes a different form in each of the three sectors, primary, secondary and tertiary ; given the importance of the rural in Maghreb, we have confined ourselves to the agricultural depression. In this depression, one must contrast the crises in price and production, the crisis affecting Europeans and the one affecting the North Africans ; lastly, the Algerian crisis and the Tunisian or Moroccan ones.
