Despite the rapid growth of web-based recruitment, little is known about the importance of interface components in influencing applicants’ preferences and attitudes. From a marketing perspective, this study addresses this issue by employing a conjoint approach to investigate the attribute preferences of job applicants and the segmentation of applicants based on their preferences.
