Paris Essai de chronologie de la céramique chinoise trouvée à Si Pamutung, Padang Lawas: Xedébut XIVe siècle About 4 000 shards have been recently excavated in the immediate surroundings of Si Pamutung Hindouist temple at Padang Lawas (North Sumatra). The very high percentage of jars and bowls in this total indicates that the ceramics were basically used for the daily needs of the population. Their study points to a flow of imported wares which starts in the 10th century and rather suddenly dries up by the end of the 13th century.
