BONU Bruno - Interactional disturbance and négociation in a job interview. We analyze the conversational procedures used when two people taking part in a job interview disagree and look for a common ground. The problem here is the discrepancy between the amount the company doing the hiring is offering and the salary the applicant for a training position is asking for. We analyze the overlapping of their two distinct conversational strategies. The first, more specifically aimed at négociation, allows us to envisage the possibility the applicant will lower his pretensions, to evaluate his present salary and to estimate how low he is willing to go.
