We present data on several soil physical properties, their changes during different agricultural periods in a barley field, and their relationship with erosion. Sampling of soil and quantification were undertaken after tillage, after sowing and during the growing period of the barley. The analysis of texture, aggregate stability, moisture content and infiltration capacity were made across the entire field, as well as the topography and the quantification of the eroded material. The results show a high erosion risk period after sowing (3.8 tons/ha/yr), because the soil surface is totally flat and uncovered, and the precipitation is more intense.
