Néotectonique et relief en Cornouaille méridionale

The physical geography of Cornouaille (Brittany, France) between the areas of Quimper and Lorient is caracterised by a relief that is tectonic (fault tectonic) in origin and in which the predominant forms are horst, rifts and tilted blocks. It is due to the warping of the eocene planation surface by later vertical movements (Oligocène, Miocène, Pliocène) related to movements of the continental atlantic margin.Un relief d'origine tectonique où dominent les horsts, les grabens et les blocs basculés caractérise la géographie physique de la Cornouaille entre les régions de Quimper et de Lorient.
