Salary Costs - The data obtained from the European Community survey on labor costs in 1978 show that the relationship of the employer's social charges to the actual salary remained relatively stable in time. The differences in salaries in different sectors of activity were as a general rule increased by the social charges. The differences in labor costs which are found from one sector to the next show the diversity in the utilization and overall remuneration of labor.
