Summary. — The effect of consanguinity on fertility, fecundity and mortality has been studied in the population of the Azgour valley (Circle of the Amizmiz, Province of the Haouz, Wilaya of Marrakesh, Morocco). The sample counts 503 couples including 242 consanguineous (Cons.) and 261 non-consanguineous (N-Cons.). This analysis shows that the consanguineous couples would be more fertile and that their offspring undergoes an indogenous and perinatal mortality more important than the non consanguineous couples ones.Résumé.
