THE SIMIAN PALMAR CREASE IN FRANCE Summary. — The study deals with 6 718 samples of simian palmar creases from normal French males. In typical forms, the frequency is 1,95 % and most cases are symmetrical. In spite of its higher frequency in West of France, no evidence of geographical variability has been found statistically significant. Owing to the lack of geographical data on congenital diseases, no correlation could be established between them and the simian palmar crease.Résumé. — Le pli palmaire transverse (P. P.
