Economic theory, which seemed to analyse properly the post World War two era has been growing drastically late for ten years with regards to the numerous and considerable changes that disturbed contemporary societies. The article assumes that the problems of economic theory were unsolved because the concept of slump was aban- donned and because the analysis of growth were simultaneously almost forsaken.
