This work deals with the encounter of Nietzsche and Baudelaire in the matter of art. The main question is that of the relations between appearance and truth (and, in general, between poetry and thought, literature and philosophy). These relations seem to be deeply and in a convergent way transformed in both authors' aesthetics. Yet what are the ethical limits to the cult of the beautiful ?
