Economic history in the "Revue Economique". From programme to realisation This article assesses articles in economic history published in the Revue Economique over the last 50 years starting from a statistic of articles published by decade and their classification according to country and period surveyed, to topics of economic history, to statistical techniques used and to their use of theory, modelisation and econometric tests. In spite of a wide reaching original aim of collaboration between historians and economists, few articles were published in the 1960s and 1970s except in special issues devoted to this topic.
