SUMMARY Stable population methods are applied to the population of Morocco, to estimate basic population parameters from incomplete data. Age- distributions and rates of increase are often accepted as sufficient to identify the stable population model. But migration, under-enumeration and false age declarations must also be taken into consideration. After these adjustements have been made, four kinds of models are applied to the Mostem population of Morocco from 1960 to 1971.
