Italy's Policy Towards the Balkan and Danubian Countries, by Sergio Romano Italy had a period of difficult relations with Yugoslavia from 1918 to the Second World War, but established a cordial relationship with the Belgrade government with the signing of the Osimo Agreements in 1975.
