Based on the global distribution data of ginkgo, and the climatic data of past , current , and future, we used the species distribution model to establish suitability distribution respectively. Using the model coupled with paleoclimate data, we identified the possible refuge distribution of <i>G. biloba</i> during the glacial period, and then predicted the future migration trend of the suitable habitat<i> </i>of <i>G. biloba</i>, considering the response of <i>G. biloba</i> to climate change scenarios
