Investigation of correlation between cancer-related fatigue and self-efficacy of in-patients with breast cancer after operation

目的：探讨住院乳腺癌术后患者癌因性疲乏状况与自我效能的关系。方法采用便利抽样的方法，采用一般情况调查问卷、癌因性疲乏量表、自我效能量表对276例住院乳腺癌术后患者进行调查。结果乳腺癌术后患者总疲乏发生率为100％，躯体疲乏发生率为94．77％，情感疲乏发生率均为95．10％，认知疲乏发生率为91．81％。乳腺癌患者CFS总分为（28．07±5．59）分。自我效能总得分为（53．55±12．40）分，48．6％的患者处于中等水平；住院乳腺癌术后患者自我效能各个维度与癌因性疲乏均呈负相关（ P＜0．001）。结论乳腺癌术后患者普遍存在癌因性疲乏，自我效能处于中等水平，应为患者制订个体化自我管理项目，减轻疲乏症状，从而提高其生活质量。Objective To study the correlation between cancer-related fatigue(CRF) and self-efficacy of in-patients with breast cancer after operation .Methods Convenience sampling was adopted to investigate 276 cases of in-patients with breast cancer after operation , and questionnaire includes general situation investigation scale of cancer-related fatigue and self-efficacy scale .Results The incidence rate of total fatigue was 100%for in-patients with breast cancer after operation .The incidence rate of body fatigue was 94.77% for those patients.The incidence rate of emotional fatigue was 95.10 % and cognitive fatigue were 91.81%.The total score of cancer-related fatigue scale (CFS) of breast cancer patients was (28.07 ±5.59).The total self-efficacy score of breast cancer patients was (53.55 ±12.40), and 48.6%patients were at moderate level .There was a negative correlation between the various dimensions of self-efficacy and cancer-related fatigue in in-patients with breast cancer after operation(P<0.001).Conclusions The cancer-related fatigue(CRT) is universal in in-patients with breast cancer after operation .The self-efficacy score of breast cancer patients is at moderate level . We should develop the individual managing project to reduce the fatigue symptom of those patients , and improve their quality of life .141850-18523
