Progress in the diagnosis and surgical treatments for cutaneous malignant melanoma

皮肤恶性黑色素瘤（Cutaneous Malignant Melanoma, CMM）占全身恶性肿瘤的4%～5%，具有较高的恶性程度，占皮肤癌相关致死病因的90%以上。目前皮肤恶性黑色素瘤领域中应用皮肤镜、前哨淋巴结活检等新兴的诊断技术。同时扩大切除、淋巴结清扫等外科技术进一步规范。为总结和分析皮肤恶性黑色素瘤临床特点、诊断及外科治疗的进展情况，本文对各种诊断、手术方法和进展情况予以综述。Cutaneous Malignant Melanoma (CMM) account 4 to 5 percent in total malignant tumors and 90 percent cause of skin cancer related death.
