Application of Bispectral Index in Clinical Anesthesia

麻醉深度的监测有利于调控麻醉药的用量，实现用最少的麻醉药物达到最好的麻醉效果，不仅可以防止麻醉药物过量所造成的危险，缩短苏醒过程，还可以避免术中知晓。脑电双频指数（bispectral index，BIS）作为一种麻醉深度的监测工具，能较好地监测大脑皮质功能状态及其变化，对预测体动、术中知晓以及意识的消失和恢复都具有较好的灵敏度，同时，还可减少麻醉药物用量，已成为麻醉深度监测的重要手段。本文对BIS在临床应用的进展进行综述。[Summary] Anesthesia depth monitoring is helpful to control the narcotic dosage , obtaining the least amount of anesthetic drug for best effects .It not only can prevent dangers posed by anesthetic drug overdose and shorten the awakening process , but also avoid intraoperative awareness.Bispectral index (BIS), as a tool of monitoring the anesthesia depth , can monitor the state and change of cerebral cortex functions .It is sensitive in predicting body motion , intraoperative awareness , as well as consciousness loss and recovery.At the same time, BIS can reduce the use of anesthetic drugs .It has become an important means of anesthetic depth monitoring.This article reviewed the application of BIS in dinical anesthesia .中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)中国科技核心期刊(ISTIC)中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)7661-6641
