回肠代输尿管术是目前尿路重建中可选择的治疗方法之一,该方法可不受输尿管长度限制,对于难治性长段输尿管病变的治疗效果满意.该术式目前在国内开展较少,我们总结国内外文献,从2010年开始开展回肠代输尿管术用以治疗长段输尿管病变患者,本文重点阐述该技术的注意事项及技术要点.中国科技核心期刊(ISTIC)4245-2482
