Practice and reflection of management and control on the risk of enterprises-funded scientific research projects in hospitals based on the contract

横向科研课题的管理过程中存在一些风险点,如委托方资质的核查、合同内容的审核、研究结果的报告、知识产权保护等.本文提出基于合同管理把控横向科研课题管理模式,从合同拟定、审查、签订、保存、履行与交付各个环节着手,加强横向课题的管理.There are some risk points in the management process of enterprises-funded research project,such as verification of the qualification of the client,the audit of the contract,the report of the research results,and the protection of intellectual property.This paper puts forward the management mode of the research project,which is based on the contract management,strengthen the management of enterprises-funded research project from every processes the contract develop,sign,fulfill and delivery.北京大学口腔医院管理科研基金(GLJJ20140302)Management Research Fund of Peking University of Stomatology中国科技核心期刊(ISTIC)6409-411,4152
