Pharmaceutical care path design of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders

目的：以视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病为例，讨论儿童神经内科疾病的药学监护点，以提高药学服务的水平和针对性。方法：针对视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病的急性期治疗以及缓解期的药物治疗，分析相应的药学监护点。建立药学监护的流程管理以及其根据治疗策略的调整，建立标准化的临床药师药学监护模式。结果与结论：临床药师应通过提高药学服务的水平，力图提高患者用药的安全性与依从性，从而获得更好的治疗结局。Objective:Take neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders for example to discuss the pharmaceutical care point of pediatric neurology disease, in order to improve the level and pertinence of pharmaceutical care. Methods:Corresponding pharmaceutical care points of acute treatment and remission treatment were analyzed. Pharmaceutical care process management and its adjustment according to the treatment strategy were designed, and standardized pharmaceutical care mode of clinical pharmacists was established.Results &Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists should improve pharmaceutical care level and to improve patients’ medication safety and compliance in order to gain a better treatment outcome.148-501
