Objective: This research was conducted to examine the expression and significance of circulating CD8~+CXCR5+Fox P3+ Follicular regulatory T(TFR) cells in Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) patients.We aimed to clarify the role pf TFR cells in the pathogenesis of RA.Methods: We measured the level of TFR, follicular helper T cells(TFH) and regulatory T cells(Treg) levels in the peripheral blood of RA patients and healthy controls by FCM. The composition of TFR cells was analyzed according to the expression of CD45 RA and Fox P3.
