Restructure of Global Governance: Conformity of Values and Institutions

Nowadays the world has been highly globalized, which seems to be double-edged. New problems appear like terrorism, armed conflicts, trade fictions, and global financial crises, which can't be easily handled within one certain political or economic entity, and objectively require global governance. From Vienna System to Versailles Washington System to Yalta System, from League of Nations to United Nations, from GATT to WTO, countless efforts have been under way in aim of an efficient institution of global governance, leaving behind useful experience and lessons. Nevertheless, with so many problems unsolved, existing approaches do have undeniable defects, which, in my opinion, lie in the fact of the absence of a consolidated and value ideal, at an essential level, and a supreme organization and rules system, at an institutional level.
