Along with the development of photovoltaic technologies, it has always been an essential issue to improve the film quality of the absorber, and thus the resulted device performance.In perovskite solar cells, it is even more important to achieve a delicate control of film growth of photoactive layers due to its hybrid nature.Here, for the first time, we demonstrate a novel technique to fabricate perovskite thin film by introducing a weak coordination additive(e.g.acetonitrile) into the perovskite precursor.With this method, we successfully control the nucleation/growth rate by the judicious selection of additives during film formation.The underlying mechanism regarding the perovskite film growth is thoroughly studied based on the combined ch...
