Background and ObjectiveCentral serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR) is a common and idiopathic retinal disorder that affects young to middle aged adults. The aim of this study was to describe the characteristics of eyes with CSCR using a light-emitting diode (LED)-based multispectral imaging (MSI) system and to evaluate the diagnostic reliability of MSI compared to fluorescein angiography (FA) in detecting CSCR.
