Application of anti-mllerian hormone in andrology and the field of assisted reproduction

抗缪勒氏激素(Anti-müllerian hormone,AMH)是由睾丸间质细胞或卵巢颗粒细胞分泌的一种与两性生殖腺发育密切相关的激素,被认为能够直接反应睾丸和卵巢功能状况,并可以作为评价精子生成及卵泡发育的重要指标.本文总结AMH在两性发育过程中的作用,并结合现有资料就其在男科及辅助生殖领域的应用做一回顾.Anti-müllerian hormone (AMH) is produced almost exclusively by the sertoli cells in male and ovarian granulosa cells in female.AMH is thought to be closely relevant with gonadogenesis and qualified to directly reflect functional status of testis and ovaries.Plenty of studies have verified its value in assessing spermatogenesis and ovarian follicular development.In this paper,the authors reviewed documented literatures and summarized the role of AMH in sex development and its application in andrology and the field of assisted reproduction.8114-1182
